So, what am I doing here on DA?

For the past several years I've had an interest in anime, manga and cosplay which I combined with another interest of mine; photography.
I've been taking pictures at anime conventions in Denmark since 2008 and already have my pictures found their way into an online cosplay magazine and on the website of the biggest radio station in the country, so things are going great so far ^_^

A busy winter approches

Having enjoyed a blissful and easy-going weekend without any meetings to attend, tasks to see to or appointments to keep, I'm preparing for a busy winter season. With 5 birthday parties to attend and all of this semester's exams scheduled for within the a month's time, there won't be many weekends off. Add to that having to find good presents both for said birthdays and x-mas and I'd be lucky to have any spare time at all ^^; and I haven't even gone through the photos I took at J-popcon this year >_>

But I shouldn't complain :) Sure studying for exams is boring and hard work, but with 5 birthdays to attend I should have a fair chance of relaxing and having a bit of fun as well ;) My only real regret at the moment is with all these things going on there won't be that much time for side projects and I've really been wanting to do a photoshoot with someone soon since it's been a long time since last time I did one. That and the weather these days doesn't really allow for an outdoor shoot -_-

Hopefully I'll find some time to upload some more photos soon but first a J-popcon meeting tomorrow evening where we'll be evaluating this year's convention and figure out where we need to improve and how.

X)) I am utterly sorry to pester you with this again, since you obviously emailed me in August, but it doesn't matter how much I look; I still cannot find the email with the link to the Akatsuki pictures from last year T^T (I've searched for your name etc. on my gmail account, but cannot find any record of you emailing anything) I'd really love to have those pictures...

Loved your Black Lagoon cosplay at J-popcon and really wanted some pictures of you and the rest of the group but time didn't allow for it :/ Hopefully there'll be another chance some time :)

It's really strange with those pictures from last year, I even sent you the mail again after we talked about it in Malmö :S I'll try sending you the pictures again when I get home and if still doesn't work, we'll find another way to get those pictures to you! :)

haha, no worries :) I actually found you quite refreshing seeing as most Danes are much more reserved and normally not as open and honest about critique (both when giving and receiving).
